TRANSFER: Toure set for new club after medical in London

Yaya Toure has passed a medical in London and is "close to signing a new contract" according to his agent Dimitry Seluk.
The 35-year-old former Manchester City midfielder has been a free agent since ending his eight years association with the Premier League Champions end of last season.

Toure has been linked to reunite with former manager Manuel Pellegrini at West Ham but ex-Real Madrid and Malaga coach denied the move for Ivorian two weeks ago.
It appears the African star is poised to complete his next move, though, with agent Seluk stating a deal was close on Tuesday.
